These Terms form an agreement between you and Sonora regarding your reservation and, once it ships, your use of the device. Please read them before reserving.

2. Reservations

Reserving a Sonora is not a purchase. It holds your place in line and, where applicable, locks in early access pricing. No payment is collected at the time of reservation unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You may cancel your reservation at any time before your device ships, at no cost and with no questions asked. We'll email you before charging or shipping anything, so you always have a chance to back out.

3. Pricing

Final pricing is announced before Sonora ships. Early reservations made during the waitlist period are eligible for early access pricing, which may be lower than the price offered to later reservations. Prices are subject to change until your order is confirmed for shipment.

4. Shipping

We expect to begin shipping Sonora in [timeframe]. Shipping dates are estimates and may shift as we finalize manufacturing. We'll keep you updated by email if anything changes, and you're free to cancel your reservation at any point before your device ships.

5. Use of the device

Once you receive your Sonora, this license is for personal, non-commercial use in your home. You agree not to:

• Resell, rent, or commercially redistribute the device without our permission

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the device's software

• Use Sonora in any way that violates applicable laws or infringes on the rights of others

6. Account and waitlist information

You're responsible for providing accurate information when you reserve a Sonora, including your name, email, and shipping address. You agree to keep this information up to date so we can reach you about your order.

7. Intellectual property

Sonora, the Sonora logo, and all related branding, software, and designs are the property of Sonora and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property, except the limited right to use the device as intended.

8. Disclaimers

Sonora is provided "as is." While we work hard to make it reliable, we don't guarantee that the device or our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sonora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the device, our website, or these Terms. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your reservation, if any.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through a notice on our site before the changes take effect. Continuing to use our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
